Four Ways To Feel Blessed Come Rain Or Shine

Here is a line from one of the best known of Irish Blessings. Such blessings tend to begin with an invitation with the word ‘May.’ This does not demand. It invites. It is respectful and an invitation to well being. It is as gentle as the soft rain.

Here are four ways that you might accept the invitation to being and feeling truly blessed.

1. Stop Playing Small

There is no begging or pleading involved. There is surrender, trust and faith in the process. This trust in the creative process that what will be asked will be given. We have long lost our trust and faith in our ability as co-creators with the Divine. This is why there is the absence of joy in so many people’s lives.

2. Touch and feel the energy field of your body

This blessing takes the metaphor of the soft rain to represent joy. The fields are metaphors for bodies. There is the emotional body, the mental body and the physical body. All these bodies need the soft rain that pours from the One Source which loves all things into existence. Practice each day for a time, simply focussing on the body.

3. Plant your Strongest ‘Seeds’

Without this free flow and free fall of rain onto the field of creation that you are, you would simply dry up. You will have missed the opportunity to know that you and the provider of the soft rain of joy are inseparable. Without know this your fields may become a desert of separateness, the rich humus blow away over time. Playing with your strong points, seeding your field your talents will ensure that your field does not erode away exhausted.

4. Be Tender and Wait

How much tenderness do you express to yourself? How much tenderness to do you feel? Tenderness is not something you do. It arises when you allow the wisdom voice within you to tend and mind your life. Tenderness comes from many practices. Most of these invite the Divine Feminine. They grow by being allowed to stretch out and feel their own way. This requires trust.

Learn more about the power of softness to achieve all you desire. You are invited to learn the art of tender friendship with your soul. This is the bridge to your unlimited creative potential. This is not something you do not already know.

The Anam cara is a leader in this unfolding. They invite you to grow in purpose, passion, presence and prosperity. They invite you to claim your birthright on inspired creativity that you then manifest in form as a statement of love in action. In this way you rain down blessings into this field called humanity and grow the real life of co-creation with the Divine.
