Quotes for your life:

Forget past mistakes. Forget failures. Forget everything except what you are going to do n.ow and do it.

William Durant

Twenty years from n.ow you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Mark Twain

The men who try to do something and fail are infinitely better than those who try to do nothing and succeed.

Lloyd Jones

Experience is not what happens to a man; it is what a man does with what happens to him.

I get letters

(bolds and links added by Dr. Z)

I have been one of Dr Z's patients for 2 years now. I am 57. During this time I have been fortunate to have had 2 significant health improvements as a result of his recommendations as my health coach and teacher.

The 1st was what brought me to his office in the 1st place--an enduring sinus infection which he "diagnosed" as Candida-based likely due to a long antibiotic treatment regime. This condition was treated via fairly

  • drastic dietary changes
  • exercises to strengthen my overall mental aptitude and
  • dietary supplements

The resulting improvements to my health were both quick and unmistakably due to his recommended treatment regime.

Between that almost 2 year ago experience and now I've done many additional things to fine-tune my overall health and understanding of my body.

The 2nd and just recent noticeable health improvement appears to be solely due to frequent, routine use of the Personal Portable Oxygen Bar I purchased upon Dr Z's recommendation, combined with daily use of the Eyelights he fitted me with.

The most recent improvement has been a significant, very noticeable increase in my overall strength, endurance and mental aptitude. In our daily workout at the gym and especially in the water aerobics class, I'm like the Eveready bunny--I just keep going and going.

It is not only during our morning exercising though. The strength and endurance lasts all day and is apparent in everything I do.

  • My mental state is sharper too.
  • I feel much more 'wired' and turned on to life as it comes at me every day.
  • It is amazing to feel this good on a daily basis.

EWOT Exercise With Oxygen Training

What's the biggest difference between a 20-year-old and a 70-year-old? According to many years of clinical research from Germany, the main difference is that the 20-year-old's body is better able to utilize oxygen.

This research from Germany was primarily conducted by Professor Manfred von Ardenne and published in his book Oxygen Multistep Therapy. Dr. von Ardenne shows that many, if not most, age related health problems can be linked to oxygen deficiency. He shows that it is possible to bring your oxygen capacity back to what it was when you were younger. By increasing your body's oxygenation you can undo years of damage done by stress and free radicals and lack of oxygen. This process may actually slow your aging process. In some cases there is evidence that the biological clock can be turned back by several years. So, how is it done?

EWOT... Anti-Aging - at its best

This process is called EWOT, which stands for " Exercise With Oxygen Training." What is it?

EWOT - the best Anti-Aging training you can do - in the comfort of your own home.

It is simple and affordable.

Do this for at least 15-30 minutes, daily, for the rest of your life.

You exercise while breathing Oxygen Enriched Air form your Personal Portable Oxygen Bar. You can use a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, a UBE (Upper Body Ergometer/bicycle), light weights to do easy bicep curls, easy crunches, cross crawl exercises, etc.

If you are in pretty good shape, meaning your joints are healthy, you do not suffer from heart disease, you don't have any other obvious health problems – you may want to start with a stationary bicycle. This is obviously not about setting speed records. Start easy, maybe at two miles per hour (your speed is registered on your speedometer).

It is always a good idea to wear a heart rate monitor (different styles and types available at sporting goods stores). If your pulse gets over 130, slow down or stop for a few minutes.

Please use common sense - if you feel lightheaded or faint, stop and rest. If you are not sure just how fit you are, just go for two or three minutes at a slow speed the first time and discover your level of comfort. Then simply sit while breathing deeply and with intention Oxygen Enriched Air from your Oxygen Delivery Headset.

If the use of a stationary bicycle seems too strenuous initially – do not use it. Use something less demanding such as light or medium-heavy bar bells. You may even want to start with just wrist weights where you can add weight in very small increments.

Eventually you will want to work up to about 15 to 20 minutes, or even half an hour, on the stationary bicycle. Listen to music you like. Do not watch TV.

Pay attention to your posture – you cannot inhale deeply while slouching or while looking down. Try it, you will find that you cannot. So, sit straight. You may want to look upward while inhaling – downward while exhaling.

Pay attention to your breathing. You will soon start noticing how wonderful it is to deeply and slowly breathe in Oxygen Enriched Air (OEA) .

Many people report that they are becoming more aware of their shallow breathing throughout the day. Some of my clients start noticing that they actually hold their breath, especially during physical efforts, or when stressed. Not a good thing, obviously. However, you cannot change your detrimental habits without first becoming aware of them.

Set a timer – every five minutes stop and start moving your legs in the opposite direction.

After 15 minutes of EWOT, you may notice a “pinking up" of your skin. If this can be seen so easily by simple observation, then it is obvious that the tiny capillaries, vessels tinier than a strand of hair, are carrying extra oxygen to cells of the body. Presumably, although this is a little more difficult to prove, every organ (your brain, kidneys, heart, eyes, and even the tips of your toes) is being bathed in extra amounts of life-sustaining oxygen.

Does EWOT seem too simple?

Do not let its simplicity fool you. By breathing Oxygen Enriched Air from your Personal Portable Oxygen Bar while exercising two things happen:

•  You are getting more oxygen into your bloodstream.

•  By pumping that oxygen-rich blood to your cells, EWOT creates changes in your body that are quite remarkable.

How EWOT Works

To understand how this works, think of a bottle of carbonated “bubble” water. How is “bubble” water made? “Bubble water” is made by dissolving carbon dioxide (CO2) into water.

How does that happen? Well, obviously, you cannot simply blow into a bottle of water and expect to get “bubble” water. You must use pressure - it is the pressure that forces the CO2 molecules into the water.

The oxygen in your body works in much the same way. When the blood carries oxygen to the capillaries, the oxygen must dissolve into the fluids of the body in order to reach your oxygen-thirsty cells. This happens through pressure.

Unfortunately, this pressure tends to decline with age. Stress, free radicals, bad diet, sedentary life styles, lack of exercise, smoking, breathing bad air, you name it…all contribute to this decline. While an average 20-year-old releases 100 mm of arterial oxygen pressure, the average 70-year-old releases only 60 mm. That's a huge drop in the amount of oxygen that gets into your cells!

The breakthrough with EWOT is that it actually raises the pressure back to more youthful levels. It will keep it that way for years, as long as you continue with your daily EWOT

EWOT is a simple way to make sure your cells get all the oxygen they need. In essence, it slows and may even reverse the aging process and repairs the body, cell-by-cell!

How well does EWOT work?

top of page

Well, EWOT works.

I am 62. I start my day with EWOT, without fail, for at least 45 minutes. The results are astounding. Try it – you will like it.

Remember this basic principle - All cells in your body must have sufficient oxygen in order to function optimally. Your brain and your heart depend on this more than any other part of your body.

EWOT helps create the basis for this optimal function - Optimum Oxygenation by exercising while breathing Oxygen Enriched Air (OEA) delivered from your Personal Portable Oxygen Bar.

Consequently, EWOT may useful as supportive home training for many so called "old age" ailments, including

  • vision problems
  • cognitive decline
  • balance problems
  • depression
  • dizziness
  • chronic pain
  • fibromyalgia
  • high blood pressure problems
  • neuropathy
  • joint problems
  • weakness
  • mood issues
  • immune function problems

you name it.
