A thorough lymph cleanse and blood detoxification are vital to your health and longevity. They can have an immediate impact on your energy level and well-being. All of my patients with serious health challenges, as a matter of priority, take immediate action to cleanse their blood and lymph. Fortunately, it is easy to do especially if you add the herbs stillingia and red clover to your program. I recommend them to all of my patients, along with some other herbs available in a single tincture. Here’s why…

You can think of the blood and lymph as the basic transport system of the body. They bring nutrients into every cell, and they remove metabolic waste products and ship them out to the elimination channels – the colon, lungs, liver, kidneys, and skin – for expulsion from the body. If this transport system gets clogged up, you are going to get sick. So for my patients, most of whom are seeking to recover from serious illnesses, a lymph cleanse and a thorough blood detoxification are vital aspects of their recovery program.

A good way to tell how the blood and lymph are performing is by looking at how viscous – how thick or thin – the blood and lymph are. The blood and lymph must be thin enough to flow properly. If they are not thin enough, they won’t have sufficient flow to let you get metabolic waste products from the cells into the elimination channels.

I had a patient in Mexico who was quite ill. She had rheumatoid arthritis and emphysema. She was sick, in pain, and felt bad most of the time. The first thing that I did was to check her blood. I had a feeling that her blood was going to be really thick. And if the blood is thick, the lymph is going to be thick as well.

I took a blood sample and went to her kitchen sink and expressed the blood from the syringe all along the side of the sink, onto the white enamel. Normally, you would expect it to drip down from where it had been applied, but in this case her blood did not drain down, not at all. It stuck to the sink like glue. Also, it was not red; it was purple.

Have you ever pricked your finger and it’s taken maybe a minute to develop a little blood drop? That can mean your blood is too thick. If it is purple, you do not have enough oxygen in your blood. When your blood is thick, when your lymph is thick, it is full of toxins and your blood certainly does not have enough oxygen in it. And that sets you up for illness, big time!

If you have colds, flu, arthritis, cancer, whatever your health challenge is, you must have your blood and lymph at a thinness that will help carry toxins out of the body. It is essential for health and longevity. Most of my patients come to me to learn how they can recover from serious illnesses, and they invariably have blood and lymph that is not flowing well enough. A lymph cleanse along with blood detoxification are among the very first orders of business.

To ensure the correct viscosity of the blood and lymph, I use stillingia root and red clover, in combination with other herbs, in a tincture form. An eyedropper of it in a cup of tea three times a day will help improve the viscosity of the blood and lymph. These herbs are a cornerstone remedy in my natural cure protocols.

Proper hydration is the other vital factor in ensuring blood and lymph viscosity. As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, drinking plenty of electrolytic minerals in pure water (ideally distilled water “charged” with zeta crystals) is one of the very best things you can do to ensure optimum health and longevity. It is not complicated. And it costs next to nothing.

When we cooperate with the way our bodies are designed, we find they function very well. There does not need to be a lot of drama or expense involved in restoring vitality and health, no matter how sick you are. Our nature is reliable and wise, and we can trust in it. An excellent way to build radiant health is with a lymph cleanse and blood detoxification program, centered on stillingia and red clover herbs.
