3. Time limits. Time efficiency is also cost efficiency. Try to make the most of your time and money by setting time limits to your work. This should give you a sense of urgency and help you produce the output you need. Start the clock and get to work. You’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish.

4. Learn. No sales team goes out without applying what they have learned. If you encounter mistakes, then you need to create a new strategy. Sales strategies are best enhanced by our ability to learn from the mistakes.

5. Motivation. Team work is all about motivation and finding the niche of your team is what will make you most efficient together. The power of motivation lies in the ability of each one to gain acceptance of each other and boost their self-esteem.
