I created this video to help people understand their most important motivating factor. Your desire and your reason, why you want to be motivated and pervasive determines our level of motivation.

At work and elsewhere, we confront people we just can't seem to get along with. Usually we refer to these situations as "personality conflicts." We consider them unresolvable. However, the DISC System of Personal Style Analysis helps us identify our preferred communication style, and also identify the styles our associates prefer. As a result, we can adjust our style to appeal to the person we are communicating with--and enjoy the increased rapport that results. The Video defines what DISC means, and why professionals consider this assessment tool valuable for both personal and professional success.
