After leaving the corporate world in 2001 Susan has spent the past 10 years accomplishing one goal after another each one bigger than the last, from starting her own business in the cosmetic industry, to earning cars, becoming a leader in her field, to working and sharing the stage with Bob Proctor himself. In 2009 Susan was offered a partnership within the LifeSuccess organization and while she was honoured, she declined and accepted the position of Vice President of The Bob Proctor Matrixx program. A year later Susan chose to follow her heart and purpose in life to reach out and help others unlock and apply their God given potential through the power of masterminding.
After setting up her own mastermind group with 8 individuals from 6 different states and 2 different countries, Susan knew her mission in life was to take that experience and help others achieve the same amazing results.
Sharing her journey has been a passion of Susan’s for many years and what better way to do that than to design a company that is built on a foundation of giving back, and sharing with you the lessons she has learned along the way with the help of her mentors together with the power of masterminding.

Structured Results Based Masterminding Experience
- Mastermind participants at the 180°Mastermind level will benefit from the consistency and flexibility of meeting virtually over the phone for 60 minutes each week which will result in increased accountability leading to more action taken towards objectives.
- Each 60 minute call will be led by a Professional, Certified moderator which will allow participant to focus solely on the needs of their fellow members and allow creativity to flow without interruption in a spirit of harmony while maintaining enthusiasm and energy
- Each participant will have the opportunity to celebrate your accomplishments from the previous week by acknowledging their progress and achievements since the last call and declare their objective for the following week and seek the input, insights and guidance from their peers on each call.
- In order to facilitate and create a mutual bond of trust, each group will be limited to 8 People. This will guarantee the opportunity for each person to receive the support they need on each and every call.

- Be part of a group comprised of several business lines which will guarantee differing perspectives allowing you to seek feedback on projects, solicit advise and receive support
- Enjoy the benefit of receiving structured support within a sacred space where you are free to share ideas without the worry of competition. Each member will agree to complete confidentiality – thereby completing a Non-disclosure agreements prior to joining the group
- Committed like-minded individuals who act as your very own focus group, your own accountability partners and peers with unique strengths and abilities all having one thing in common – committed to success and doing whatever it takes to achieve results
Tools, Resources and Accountability
- Each call will be transcribed by a professional transcriptionist to ensure that all the suggestions, recommendations and points covered during the call are available for you after each call for you to take action on key points as well as future reference
- A MP3 recording of each call will be posted in your Private Facebook Group and an email reminder sent to you advising the group that the call has been downloaded. These recorded calls give you the opportunity to go back and review your particular portion of the call if there is something you are unsure of.
- A brief Portfolio of each member of your group will be presented to you prior to the first call which will give you a brief introduction to your mastermind partners
- Private members only Facebook group for communication with your mastermind partners between calls
Mastermind Concierge Service
- As an entrepreneur we know how busy you get juggling multiple projects and demands on your time, your Mastermind Concierge will be on hand to send you out a courtesy reminder email 24 hours prior to each call along with necessary worksheet to complete and submit to your group prior to the call
