Steven Gans, PhD, former Chairman of The Institute for Management Studies (IMS), London, is an Executive Coach and Business Leader. Currently, Steve is an Executive Coach with People Tek Coaching. He is also involved in strategic marketing for an advanced video email technology company and an advanced video phone company.
Dr. Gans has been an international consultant and academic throughout his career lecturing and writing extensively. He has a passion for innovative and experiential learning and the development of future leaders.
Steve established the London branch of IMS, a worldwide program of executive briefings by “gurus” of management, for senior managers of major global companies (1984-2001). As London Chair of IMS he has been coach and consultant to senior managers of many Times 100 Member Companies.
