You disagree. Yet this exploration has found that there's nothing wrong in disagreeing with others, disagreement is entirely natural as well as very common. Although disagreements may be inevitable, understanding that they are not inherently irresolvable will change your life. The good news is that you can do lots to resolve each one.
Willingness is the secret of success
Resolving any disagreement requires you to be open, to be willing to explore what you see as wrong. Temporarily, you will need to leave your position of I'm right and investigate why they also think they're right.
Understand that, with their context and their beliefs, they see their take on the matter as right. To explore why they think that is the secret of success. Investigate, check into their position and see why they have their opinion. Do all you need to do to see why they think they're right.
Given their context and their beliefs, once you appreciate why they see their take on the matter as right will change your life.
Now you have an interesting dilemma to resolve. You think your position is right, and now you understand why they think their position is right. And yet you disagree. But a powerful view of reality is to see that truth is not paradoxical, there are only what appear to be disagreements caused by inadequate understanding. Once you fully understand the truth of the situation, then the apparent disagreement falls away.
Now Resolve the Dilemma
The secret of success is to resolve the dilemma. If they have a more effective position that yours, you can adopt it. If you see your position makes more sense, they have the choice of adopting yours, or being intransigent. Perhaps, once you appreciate both positions, you can come up with a transcended perspective, a higher truth that integrates the best of both positions and so resolves the paradox.
Once you appreciate the validity of their position, you can revise your opinion if needed. They don't need to change their opinion at all, although they won't get the benefit unless they do.
There's Joy in Knowing the Truth
Having investigated the matter, you now have the joy that comes with a more effective perspective. Even if you didn't need to change your viewpoint in the slightest, your investigation leaves you more sure of your original perspective. You can change your life with the increase in your personal power.
Remember: "Know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Free from what? The illusion, what is untrue, the negative affects of the self-sabotage mechanism! Free for what? Free to see the joy in reality, the joys of nature, the joy which comes in knowing the truth.
Whenever you investigate openly and honestly, the truth wins, and then you're also a winner!
