1. Try to memorize your presentation or speech. But it is the worst technique for remembering a presentation or a speech because you will forget the speech within an hour and if you attending the 3 hour long seminars you will not be able to memorize the long speech or presentation.
2. Read the full written version of the speech as mostly the people write the full version of the speech but while reading it they seems unnatural and sound stiff.
This technique is mostly used for the business purposes where the presentations are read out in front of the board members but they apply some methods due to which the sound natural. Apart from this the presenter must also have a business tone.
3. The third technique to remember the presentation or the speech is the notes. Notes are basically the important points that are highlighted in your presentation or speech that are jotted down on an extra sheet. These notes help you emphasis on the main points of the presentation or the speech. But if you are supplied by the notes it does not mean that you don’t have to work hard you have to work hard to elaborate the points.
4. The last technique is the usage of images as your notes. Show these images to your audience and then give a brief story about the image. Apart from this the images also speaks and the rest of the story will be defined by the images themselves. Apart from this you can also make an outline which will help you remember the key points and later you can easily speak on them.
You can also create the mental images that will help you describe and memorize the point.
Following the above points you can easily remember all kinds of speeches and presentations and can deliver them easily but while delivering keep one thing in mind that you don’t have to feel uncomfortable on the stage or shy.
