A company’s strategy must be aligned to competitive intelligence in order to make the right decisions to sustain growth both in the short & long term

Start with gathering basic market & customer data in your area of expertise and then dissect to start understanding trends over a three year period

A good strategy starts with the core of the business and builds a solid foundation. From the foundation, layers of the initiative are built for growth aligned to market & customer intelligence
