I enjoy my life and my work as a holistic-integrative mental health therapist, energy psychologist, empowerment expert, author and educator. My first book, Pathways to Wholeness, a mindfulness guidebook was published 2010. I have two more books on the way, with Nurturing Wellness Through Radical Self-Care, coming soon. During 2011 I've written articles for Sybil, an e-zine for women, and will continue doing so during 2012.
Over the years I've worked in academic counseling at a major university, worked in and directed residential substance abuse treatment programming, directed a literacy program, taught GED classes for adults completing high school requirements, worked as a diagnostic educator in public shcools, taught special needs adolescents, led cliet groups, and led professional worships. I continue to lead self-help and empowerment workshops and groups and professional worshops. I now schduling phone and skype appointmenst for those sseeking effective self-help skills, personal growth and emotional-spiritual well-being.
