The best time to visit Orlando is in the spring from March to May. The temperatures are mild with the highs in the 80s. Avoid summer travel if you can, the prices and the temperatures soar during summer vacation. Winters are mild, but prices go up again around the holidays. Fall has pleasant temperatures but is during hurricane season in Florida, so your trip could be interrupted. If your conference is scheduled during the fall, be sure to get refundable flights and hotel just in case.
