Rae T. Chois is the founder of BLISScipline A.I.M. and an ICF Master
Certified Transformation Coach who works with life long learners to
awaken the genius in themselves and others. Rae has over 2500 coaching
hours and is widely recognized for her passion and extraordinary talent
as a transformational coach, trainer and facilitator engaging large
audiences and clients worldwide.
As a trainer with Erickson College International, she has trained and mentored coaches from across the globe.
Rae is no stranger to the transformational process. As a wife, mother
of two young boys, informational entrepreneur, friend, volunteer,
athlete, life long learner, etc. Rae has experienced “life’s polarity”
and learned a lot from the school of hard knocks.
Out of desperation to find herself and support the people around her,
she began studying human development technologies. For the last 20
years, Rae has been on her own journey of discovery and inner
development. She continues to embrace a beginner’s mind with each new
moment, and learns something new about herself and her purpose
everyday.
Prior to becoming a professional coach and
trainer, Rae worked for the Olympic Organizing Committee in Salt Lake
City, and in international waters supporting high level communication
amongst the 64 countries represented on cruise ships.
Leveraging her international experience, education and radiance as a
life long learner, Rae Chois offers a wide range of programs and
services including one-on-one Transformational Coaching, group
coaching, tele-classes, online live virtual trainings, and in-person
trainings.
She
has created numerous products and programs that support her vision of
awakening the genius in people to live in joy, authenticity and
fulfillment. The book and CD set she co-authored called The Making Powerful Choice - 30-Day Program
was published in 2005. This “how to” system has since helped hundreds
of people across the globe to vividly vision and boldly believe they
can and will live the life they love. She has published two additional
books with Dr. Marilyn Atkinson on the Art & Science of Coaching,
and is currently working on a third.

BLISScipline A.I.M. project is to support you to Thrive and Help Thrive. One way we offer this is through the BLISScipline Energy Practice.
This daily meditation and visualization practice is a consistent, empowering, feel good process where you embrace and focus on the perfection of NOW and intentionally create your future.
You develop your BLISScipline A.I.M. by meditating and visualizing for a total of 28 days - 21 days in a supportive community, followed by 6 days on your own (with just the right amount of support to help ground you in your practice) and a final celebration.
The simple step-by-step process supports inner awakening and wonderful living by leveraging the Universe and engaging the magic of life.
How does it work? As I shared, it is simple! For 28 days in a row you follow a simple process to awaken to the timeless dimension and cast an intention for your most magnificent future as you magnetize what you want.

Is the BLISScipline Energy Practice a meditation practice?
Meditation, in its purest sense, is an inner journey in which you connect to the breath to transcend the body and the mind, and access cosmic or universal energy absolutely free from thought. By this definition, the BLISScipline Energy Practice is only part meditation. The BLISScipline Energy Practice a unique combination of meditation, visualization and daily planning that creates an energy practice which is in a category all is own.
We call it a BLISScipline Energy Practice because it has elements of meditation (awakening to now) and it has elements of visualization (positive intentioning for the future). The BLISScipline Energy Practice is a whole brain integration practice that gracefully moves through the series of steps that can serve going further in your current practice.
