With a strong foundation in Tantra Yoga, Jeff can help others find the tools which are appropriate for them, and build a solid Spiritual Practice. Jeff understands that each individual is unique and that different methods will work for different people. Jeff understands that True Spirituality is based upon creating direct experiences of a deeper Truth about Life and the Self, discovering for your own Self through direct experience, the Divine Essence which permeates all things.
