Hello:
I'm Elaine, certified massage therapist, and I am embarking on a new avocation at sixty years of age, specializing in women's physiology as a massage therapist and holistic lifestyle counselor/natural health consultant
It is something that makes me happy and passionate just thinking of it...It is something I want to do, to share, and when this occurs the income is just a part of it very naturally. It is wonderful to do something that one loves and exchange the energy that is in the form of remuneration for it..
I am new to building a blog site, or any for that matter, to selling online or opening a business and when I look,if I do, in comparison it is very daunting..
But not to compoare is the first principle. Everyone started somewhere there is a first time and practice is what make us experts and knowledgeable.
So here I am with many others that Self Growth supports, with so many tools for that inner growth I, as I am sure you are, am so very pleased and privileged to be here. Learning with and from everyone..
Products will be added to my blog site and another business site one for that express purpose of sharing my professional expertise and products. In the interim please visit my blog which is about Therapeutic Massage and Holistic living. Sign in and comment, also sign up for my forthcoming newsletter as well. Grow with me..Have the audacity to put excitement and vigor in your life..
Thank you
Elaine Moore, CMT
To embrace and to love ourselves is the fundamental key to that dreaded number called "aging,"

Taking responsibility not relinquishing it because of a certain age or any age, is what I do.
We should now have arrived at the time, not so much the age, because this is but a number, but to have lived with ourselves long enough to have found something indeed, most things about being who we are that we like, love...If it is no more than overcoming the obstacles that surely, just in living, that are necessary to survive. And we are survivors..Life is managed it is not always easy, if it is at all..
To embrace and to love ourselves is the fundamental key to that dreaded number called "aging," Not waiting to be successful , but knowing that you are now a success and to have the confidence with that, which is very attractive, sensual and cannot be it's best except with the road traveled. Know that. And believe me our individual roads are less traveled no matter how much we may have in common with others, after all we are brothers, and here speak specifically of sisters.
Anti aging is not the absence of growing older, as health is more that the absence of dis-ease. Graciously, and gratefully are the keys to being the most beautiful than was ever possible in youth or any other age.

Start, if you haven't, by acknowledging something that you have arrived at, now, and was not possible before..Seasoned. Shift gears not out of so much necessity but of intention and desire. That the things that once served us, maybe well, is something else now. Learn to let go..
When learning, continues, our minds stay alert and piqued as a child that is always inquiring and just having fun, for the fun of it..This is when we are most happy and this is what keeps age at bay.. It is achieving emotional growth and more maturity. We are never finished as long as we are aware and seeking.
Know yourself and your body intimately. Your body type and the foods that nourish and support well being. This is what keeps youth, not so much the added weight that sneaks up on us, but learning how to deal with it now and keep it at a healthy minimum for aging is change, and to find out what changes that should be implemented, on a multifaceted basis. This is growth. Nothing is ever the same and who does not change with the seasons is left in a time warp, stagnated. there is never, ever a time to say I am this age, or that old and I now quit.
Incorporate exercise that strengthens your heart, walking is the first and best there is...Form is important, proper posture in everything is healthy. We stand erect because that is the way our spines are made and to modify that is not, posture is important If that is a problem it says something that needs to be addressed. Be it a health matter, osteopathic related or other.
Exp .Even though I've always had good posture I noticed myself being bent over with head down like a question mark and it posed that to me. Why?. It was a matter of self esteem, being self protective. I had to address that emotional issue. When awareness is at the forefront, self examination is readily available. Know thyself. And posture takes years off the appearance. So want to look youthful.. Stand up straight.
Not withstanding stretching is paramount, it keeps fibrous tissue, tendons subtle and elastic. If these bands become thickened and tight it is non reversible.. We've all seem people walk, move very stiffly. Try to avoid this,it is very doable health permitting. Do what you can always.
Quitting will age, even the youngest among us..
It's lovely to pamper oneself with lotions and creams, exercise and start something new. But remember it is what comes form the inside out that adds quality to our lives, thus years, that the potions are well to help us feeling good and beautiful that pampering ourselves is our right and a given. But don't look for youth in a jar, or in a garment or anywhere outside your own mental, emotional and physical care taking.
These can assist and we must be smart in that use, not to fall for hype that
conditioning and advertisers rely on, but to rely on oneself and to know that this is the very best time to be who we are...And to share that experience, there is always something to give and not forgetting this. Teach what you want to learn...give what you want to receive. Take responsibility. Forgive yourself, forgive others, know that you are forgiven.
Throughout all, be whole, well rounded and superlative. Do what brings you peace, it's common sense and not the things that stress and debilitate. It is a choice and we must choose even when it is not conscious. Choices are always being made..Be an aware participator in you
Always tell yourself the truth..
