I founded a gym equipment store in 2007 and a blog in 2017. I have experience in lifting weights, running and yoga. My main interest nowadays is in publishing more helpful content on my blog for people looking to put together their own garage gym.
My main focus in fitness is freeweight training and conditioning. I also love unilateral training with kettlebells and other equipment that helps develop strength for real-world applications and prevent injury.

Freeweight training, stretching, and bilateral conditioning training are the most important types of movements you can do for overall fitness and to prevent injury. I'm not a big fan of fixed ROM weight machines, and I believe they should only be used as an adjunct to your main training program.
Go to www.tworepcave.com and start browsing whatever type of equipment interests you the most. We generally only feature high quality equipment on the site, or what we expect to be high quality when we get a hold of it to review, so we will not steer you wrong.
