Color Meditation Workshop

Color is a powerful force in our lives. Consciously and unconsciously we are drawn to some colors and repelled by others. Through the eyes, colors communicate symbolic, psychological, and physical qualities that impact our thoughts and emotions. Colors carry the influences of our own personal associations with them, as well as the archetypal meanings that they hold for all mankind. Even the ancient Egyptians and Greeks recognized the power of colors and used them for healing.

This workshop explores the influence of the 7 spectral colors. Through introspective exercises and guided meditation we will use color:
- For physical relaxation and “grounding”
- To develop specific psychological and emotional states
- To set up triggers for positive mental associations

The ultimate goal of this workshop is to leave you feeling grounded in your physical body, harmonious in your aura, and able to make practical use of color in your life.
