This was good. I love your matter of fact, casual way of relaying this inspiring information. You made me smile and got my brain working. Good on you for putting yourself out there to help others.
Movies - (Laugh Out Loud!)
"Being there" (Peter Sellers)
"Fiddler on the roof" (Topol)
"All about Schmidt" (Jack Nicholson)
"The world according to Garp" (Robin Williams)
Laughter does boost the immune system. The Bible says- "Laugh and the Devil shall flee from you!"
It is about "mind over matter" - "If I do not mind, then it does not matter!" (We tend to take ourselves too seriously.)
Wonderful, life affirming video.
The presenter draws you into his happiness, and the seven tips for happiness are also excellent.
I love this!

The last couple of days I was daydreaming about what my happy looks like. And then yesterday, it was Debbie Downer day for no reason at all. Ok, maybe hormones. Anyways, I was allowing others to influence my happiness plus I was projecting myself into their stuff. So a friend of mine reminded me and it goes something like this:
Let go let God! That everyone is responsible for their lives and to let them go through the process of living their lives. I am letting go! I do feel happier!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved this humorist video!
My favorite feel good movie is "Legally Blonde." Okay, so it seems like a silly movie. But the character never becomes or plays a victim. she takes charge when things don't go her way, pursues what she wants, and inspires others - by helping them to feel good about themselves.
Two ideas: Knowing that problems are based on blessings. You can't worry about your car or about being late or about your health if you don't have a car, and don't have anywhere to go, and don't have some degree of good health.
To be happy one needs to have some control over their actions and be able to achieve something.
If we want to move from watching tv to doing the dishes and we can't because we don't feel like it, we feel powerless. We can seek yet another idea to be our secret of life. My current tecnique is to make a tiny move toward the end of my chair, then shift our weight to our feet, and soon develop momentum. The idea is that feelings follow actions and not the other way around.
I have read, we all have, that blessings come from problems. This is quite a switch-er-oo!
Thinking in this way really puts the attitude of gratitude we all strive for a little more with in reach.
Thank you!

great video! Some movies that inspire me:
The Rocky collection (especially the first 3)
A few good men
The Pursuit of Happyness
The 5 People you meet in Heaven
What a wonderful life
This is stuff we mostly know, but need reminding to do regularly, cos the force of the day to day causes us to forget.
I loved "Mamma Mia", not exactly life changing in a philosophical sense, but impossible not to feel good whilst watching it. Even my 90 year old grandfather loves it.
Be Happpy. Wow, the thought is more than true. It is how to be/live a positive and joyful human being. Thanks sooo much for this video.
Great inspiration.
Great video. Happiness like health is a state of mind. A rational person can see the value and worth they possess inherently. We can into the world with our worth, nobody gives it to us, but we must recognize that. Irrationality breeds every negative emotion. A rational person appreciates the gift of life and celebrates it to the end. A great movie (and novel) to inspire rational thinking and lift self-esteem up high is The FountainHead by Ayn Rand.
Very inspiring video! Thanks for making it!! My go to movies are Pursuit of Happiness, and two older movies, Baby Boom and Working Girl because the business success that each of the people in these movies achieves motivates me when I need it most.
This is extremely cute… talk about up front and personal. Great info, Genius is the ability to present complex concepts simply and you have done that brilliantly. Thanks for the time you took to create and share this wisdom.

Hey Pooter ~ if you are still around, please don't down this guy just because he didn't help you. Everywhere I look it seems so many people are sad and for good reasons. Including myself. But if he helped even a few, wonderful! Generally a positive person, I went through several extremely devastating life events and finally found myself in total despair, unable to boost myself up. After a talk with my doctor, he wrote me a Rx to help level the playing field in my brain, so I could head off these depression attacks. I don't like taking medicine, but if you need it for a short while to help pull you up by the boot straps, then do what it takes. There really probably is someone out there who will (now or in the future) love you or need you.
Loved the video. Definitely cute and helpful tips.
Here is my tip as per your request: SMILE!
It's funny, when I smile, even when I don't initially feel like it, after smiling for a bit I can feel those endorphins pumping and pretty soon, I'm happy.
This goes right along with "fake it till you make it" but, it works!
Thanks for the video! :)

"Awakenings" starring Robin Williams. "Amazing Grace" about Wilbur Wilburforce... "What the Bleep do We Know?" "The Kyballion" (Best Book Ever!) "Back to the Future" "Quantum Touch" (There are NO limits...)
Very cute! Instead of watching the news and becoming part of the mass negative dark cloud and likely to create the same or similar outcome in my life, I always keep this movie available to turn on at any time and put it on 'random and leave it on when I'm home just cleaning house or what ever: "What the Bleep Do We Know"? And the addition to this "Down the Rabbit hole". They definitely keep the Debbie downers away...
I did enjoy this,IknowlikeIknowlikeIknow, always good to be reminded:) also, my all time favorite movie, very, very sad, but inspiring: Robin Williams: What dreams may come.
