Why are some things similar?

Is it possible for two or more people living independently of each other to have the same thought?
The answer is that it is highly likely on a superficial level, but on an advanced level is highly unlikely. For example, many people perform the same actions at the same time and these actions can only come about by thinking about them first and require just some basic knowledge to carry out, whereas other thoughts come from individual knowledge that may not be known by many other people. A brain surgeon and an astronaut may have the same thought as an artist if they want a cup of tea, but are unlikely to have the same thought if that thought is contained within their bank of individual knowledge.
As humans developed in different parts of the world at the same time there is evidence to suggest that similar developments did actually occur independently. This implies that there was coincidence of thought that was not dependent on collective intelligence which is knowledge accumulated over time and available to everyone who knows how to access it.
When two tribes came together there were similarities on a basic level but differences occurred based on the different environments experienced by each tribe. However, as the world started to be exploited and people were able to travel and communicate there developed a process whereby the thoughts of the dominant tribe became the underlying thoughts for all tribes. We can see this through history where religions have been used to control populations.
Modern advances in technology have lead to the development of global financial competition dominated by America. We can see here where the thought of the global tribe is very much the underlying thought of the dominant tribe and high level competition for resources has lead to a depletion of resources and a decline in creativity.
Exploitation is the dominant thought. Therefore many people will have the same thoughts as the thought of exploitation becomes more concentrated; we can see this on websites such as Twitter where members are competing to exploit the communication network to entice people into get rich quick schemes, reciprocal to this is the independent thoughts of people who do not wish to be exploited and their underlying coincidental thought is to ignore all tweets that are suggestive of any exploitation. The dominant thoughts on exploitation, competition and how to avoid it causes problems for people with creative thoughts who wish to access the collective creative intelligence that exists on social networking sites.
Even with websites such as Self Growth we can see the exploitative coincidental thoughts of people in action; look at the most active member list, you will find the same people on the list and they get on the list by accumulating points from site activity. Then look at their activities, the easiest way to accumulate points is by commenting on articles, the quickest way is to make the comments short “thanks for sharing”, “good idea”, “well done”, comments that can be cut and pasted. As a creative article writer I would much rather receive comments that are directed to the text rather than to feel that my articles are being exploited so that some other people can promote themselves. I am sure that many article writers will have the same thought independently of me.
Is it possible for similar things to be created in different places at different times?
I changed this question from “same” to “similar”, because similar allows for a little more flexibility in the answer.
If people do have the same or similar thoughts, then surely this should lead to the same or similar actions and therefore similar things will be created independently of each other. In the recent past this has not been the case because the world was going through an advancing stage due to the creativity of individuals. The things that were being produced for the same purpose were significantly different. Something was happening between the thinking processes and the activity processes.
What happened next is the more popular or more efficient product dominated and the less popular products disappeared. Therefore some things appeared to be similar to each other.
Why do some thoughts lead to the creation of what is being thought about when the same thought in the mind of someone else leads to nothing or the creation of something completely different?
The answer to this lies within the collective intelligence used by the individual and how the individual communicates thoughts to universal resources. Any individual has access to collective intelligence, often this leads to copying of what has already been created, but even more often it leads to an improvement on what already exists.
An individual who has a creative thought but does not use the thought or is not aware how many resources are available and does not know how to connect with them will almost inevitably fail to achieve what they want. Whereas the person who consciously or unconsciously works with collective intelligence and universal resources will almost inevitably achieve what the want, if they use their willpower to complete each individual task successfully.
On a global competitive level we do see things that have been created and are similar to each other, the reasons for this is the use of collective intelligence and/or a lack of creative thought. The car industry and battery manufacturer are good examples.
When the car was being developed each car was hand made and individually manufactured using unique components designed usually by one person or a small design team using the skills of other people. Now nearly all cars are mass produced using robotic engineering and highly advanced technologies that have been developed over a relatively short time and they are all similar to each other. This is because engineering and design teams create vehicles based on market research, safety standards and economic restrictions. All cars will have a component that is exactly the same as a component on another car. This component would have been originally created then the knowledge on how to manufacture it transferred to collective intelligence where it is accessed by another individual and incorporated into new designs. It is important to note that what a car looks like is different to what a car is.
Batteries and the storage of power are important commodities in a world that is trying to reduce carbon emissions and find eco-friendly ways of producing electricity in a high demand world. The technological advances in solar panels and wind turbines can be clearly seen but we cannot see any significant advances in storage technology. A battery is a battery is a battery, yes there are different battery manufacturers and some batteries look different from others but fundamentally they do the same thing and they don’t do it very efficiently. Why is this? Is there a shortage of creative thought in the battery world?
The answer most likely lies in the fact that new storage systems will be completely different to existing ones. Battery manufacturers are content to use current collective intelligence rather than to apply creative thought for the advancement of electric storage and are prepared to maintain their existing manufacturing processes. This is an economic factor as new technologies need substantial investments for their development.
What we can predict with certainty is that an individual will come forward with an original thought that through the use of collective intelligence and universal resources will create a new and more efficient means of storing and distributing electricity and it is likely that the process is already under way in the minds of some individuals. It is also likely that the individual thoughts will be similar thoughts because each individual will be using collective intelligence. It is also likely that only one original thought will come forward to manifest a new product due to the way that one individual will communicate with collective intelligence and universal resources. Finally, it is also likely that the new process will be made available to collective intelligence and new original thoughts will access the intelligence and improve the process and products.
This is why some things are similar.
