Reece Manley’s Crossing Twice: Answers from the Source is a powerful, life nurturing read. It encouraged me onward page after page through use of vivid detail of the glory which awaits us on the Other Side.
It’s vivid detail, however, also led me to cry, and laugh; to think and to become angry. Picking up this book is picking up a ticket for a very energetic, very intimate walk with the author. I could not put it down and read the book in one sitting.
To begin, Reece shares his death experience and its happening in three different stages. Each stage is distinct and Reece explains it in a unique way. Rather than a big white light or golden streets and mansions, Reece dares to be honest about the sometimes glanced over stages. You will not find euphemism here but rather clear detail.
Reece’s warm style will draw you in even has he speaks of the most horrifying things when he revisits his childhood challenges. But, he is not crafting a tale of misery, rather, it is a fun and powerful romp through life, just as it is lived. True, Reece has had his share of horror, but he is quick to point out his share of joy. Reece’s love of life and love of people shines through.
My best loved component of this book is that rather than 90 Minutes in Heaven, you get days worth of memories and experiences. Don’t be fooled by Reece’s initials before and after his name, he is a very warm, very reachable author. I look forward to reviewing his next book, Spirit Thinking: Your 30 Day Guide to Enlightenment.
