· Cellular memory. Fear and anxiety from past generations is embedded in your genes.
· External influence-the people around you when you were growing up.
· Fear-based perceptions that you have imprinted in your subconscious mind.
· Having a higher state of consciousness than you can understand and know how to use in your life. This usually happens as your begin your transition into higher awareness.
The Cycle of Fear
As you become more aware and your consciousness starts to rise, you may become very fearful.
Why?
As your awareness grows, as you become awake, you become sensitive to energy, and result is fear because you don't know what to do with it.
Because fear really gets your attention, your natural inclination is to suppress it. Suppressing it means you are over-identifying with it, feeding it, causing an imbalance of energy, which pushes you into a negative state.
Fear is registered at your non-physical level, at the physical level in your brain and in the cellular level in your body and each compound the other.
Once you've established this state of negativity and fear, the other areas of "you" will resonate and "add on" to your original thoughts.
Fear circles from your soul, to your brain, to your cells, and back to your soul, over and over again, if the cycle isn't interrupted.
