Every day in my coaching sessions I help people to overcome the limitations that hold them back from having a wealthy, abundant and prosperous life. It never ceases to amaze me the limitations that people put on themselves when it comes to having more abundance in their lives.
The main two reasons that we do not have what we truly want in our lives is because a) we do not know what we want and b) we are resistant to having it.
Having more money, wealth and prosperity is often the highest priority goal of my clients and the following 5 step formula to attracting wealth, abundance and prosperity is the one that I use with every one of my clients and now you can use it to attract the wealth, abundance and prosperity that is available to you in your life (whatever that may be for you) right now…
Step one: Know what you WANT
Your subconscious mind is like a heat seeking missile, it will always hit what it is focussed on. So make sure you always focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.
Often the best way to know what you want is look at all the things you don’t want or don’t have and then focus on the opposites that you would rather have.
Once you have listed all the things you do want, find some actual pictures or photos of them and look at them (or imagine them in your mind) as often as you can.
Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between a real and imagined event, so it will actually go about attracting the pictures in your mind into your life.
Step Two: Feel the FEELINGS you will you get when you HAVE all the things you want
It is the feelings that wealth, abundance and prosperity will give you that are the main reason you want to have wealth, abundance and prosperity in the first place.
The actual, money, cars, houses, holidays etc that you have when you are wealthy, abundant and prosperous are just the vehicles to give you these feelings.
List all of the feelings you will get when you Be, Do and Have everything you ever wanted and feel them now as if you already have them.
Step Three: Remove Your RESISTANCE to Being, Doing or Having what you want
There are infinite possibilities of infinite possibilities available to you at any given moment and the only reason you do not Be, Do or Have what you truly want to Be, Do or Have now is because you are not in alignment with (or you are resistant to) these things.
Resistance is simply the negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs or behaviours that you currently think, feel, believe or behave towards being, doing and having what you truly want.
List all of the negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours that you have towards wealth, money and living a prosperous life.
For example:
"I don’t deserve to be rich"
"I have to work hard to make money"
"I am not worthy of being, doing or having everything that I want to be, do or have"
"Feeling guilty about having more than others"
"Spending your money on things that are not in alignment with your dreams"
…now ask yourself some quality questions about these negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours until you get to the underlying issue that is causing them.
Once you are clear on what the underlying issue is, then take 100% responsibility to remove it from your life.
I spend a lot of time in my coaching sessions helping people remove the underlying issues that are holding them back from achieving their goals and once they get a clearer understanding of why they have created the thought, feeling, belief or behaviour in the first place it is a very simple process to remove the stress surrounding it.
Step Four: Be open to RECEIVING
By being open to receiving you are expressing your intention to the universe that you are now open to receiving all of the abundance that is rightfully yours.
To do this, perform the following.
Every night before you go to bed, write down 5 things you appreciate about yourself and 5 things you appreciate about other people or situations. Remember, when you are writing this FEEL the feelings of gratitude and appreciation you have for the things you are listing.
As you know, it is the feelings that will actually begin to attract these things into your reality.
The word "appreciate" when it comes to money, means "to grow" and the same applies to anything else for that matter.
The more you put your attention into the things you appreciate the more they grow in your life.
Step Five: Take the RIGHT ACTION
Taking action does not mean just doing anything.
It means listening to your intuition and the ideas and instincts that you feel at any given moment and acting upon these.
This is the law of RIGHT ACTION.
In a nutshell you only want to take action on the things that are in alignment with your goals and when you do act, act without question and very soon (through your positive behaviours) you will have manifested your goals.
What is one positive behaviour that you can take action on immediately that will take you towards more wealth, abundance and prosperity?

Hi there, my name is Andrew McCombe and I am the Owner and Managing Director of Activate Your Life.
In 1997, I moved to Australia, from New Zealand with a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPhEd) Degree from the University of Otago to pursue my dream of representing my country at the 2000 Olympics in the sport of Beach Volleyball.
To fund my beach volleyball career I decided to use my formal qualifications and my passion for health, fitness and wellbeing to set up a personal fitness training studio in beautiful Manly. Very soon my beach volleyball career was put on hold as my business had quickly grown to owning and managing three health clubs in Sydney.
Looking back I realized I had a real passion and talent for creating and growing businesses and a strong desire to empower individuals, teams and businesses to perform at the highest level, in a simple, balanced and fulfilling manner.
