What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a proactive way to change your life. Just like in sports a coach is there to cheer you on. A coach will give you feedback, resources and the support needed to win.
In life coaching a successful win would be helping you attain a goal or goals you have set for yourself.
Why is coaching better than going it on my own?
Coaches are trained and experienced in getting clients to their goals faster and easier than if they had gone it alone.

What are my coach’s qualifications?
Your coach is a trained and certified coach who has spent approximately 14 months studying the psychological aspects of goal attainment and life change.
Your coach has gone through training and testing on almost all of the following topics:motivation, finding and living passion, low self-worth, career coaching, why people do not attain goals on their own, neuro linguistic programming, self-talk, creating successful habits and more.
Your coach is not only certified as a life coach but is certified in the specialty area of their choosing. Your coach has most likely been studying, learning and working in their niche area for years, even before they added the discipline of coaching to it.
Feel free to ask your coach if they have earned any awards. You may be surprised what you find out!
How are my sessions conducted?
98% of coaching sessions are conducted by phone. At the scheduled time simply call the number or Skype to connect to your coach.
How long will my sessions last?
Sessions can last anywhere from 20-40 minutes. The first and second sessions will typically be the longest sessions as this is when the goal strategy planning sessions are
held.
I am not sure what goals I want to attain, will my coach help me with this?
Absolutely! Through questions, talking and assessments your coach will assist you in
finding and then living your passion!
My coach is wonderful, what can I do to show them my appreciation?
Your coach would love to have a testimonial for future potential clients to see. It would be much appreciated if you took a few minutes and typed an email telling your coach how much their services have helped you.
