2 pieces of eggs

1 cup of green onions, chopped
3/4 cup of banana peppers, finely chopped
3/4 cup of fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 cup of vegetable oil
Cooking Procedure:
Place the peeled potatoes in water and soak for a few minutes. Then, drain using paper towels. Shred the potatoes and squeeze excess liquid. Transfer the shredded potatoes in a large bowl.
