Sure-techniques like daily affirmations and meditations help a person develop his/her psychic abilities or ESP (Extra Sensory Perception). Almost all of us are aware of intuitions or the sixth sense. Each and every person has got powers inside their subconscious mind waiting to be let out. Some do not know about them being present for their whole lifetime, whereas some people are born with them!
What is ESP?
We use only 10% of our mind power. Rest of the 90% is left just like that, unused. Wouldn’t it be great if we could use all of it? How can we tap the full potential of our subliminal mind? We can utilize the rest of the mind power by developing our psychic abilities and help ourselves and others through it. Quantum physics has shown that mind is the centre point of every phenomenon. Obviously if you can change the way your subconscious mind observes things, you directly change your reality.
How to develop your ESP?
It is difficult to develop psychic abilities, since its characteristics are very hard to pin down. There is no fixed method or rules or procedure for developing these powers. You have to rely on your own ability and your own judgment about your progress in this field. Meditation is a great way to start your journey in this field. Meditation methods will train your mind to concentrate and shift your attention from the outer world into the inner conscience.
Meditation will awaken your intuitions. Your inner eye will open and you will start looking inwards. Though the progress will be quite slow, you will get assured results if you are diligent and attentive to every small detail. It will be as if you have put a small microscope inside your mind which is observing each and every activity going inside.
One very good method to start is to go outside, some place where there is lot of people and then you start listening to the conversation around you. Suppose you go to a place like a railway station and start listening to the random conversation and other noises. After a while, your ears will be fine tuned to a particular coded message coming out of the random noises and excerpts of conversation going on around you and a full fledge message will emerge out to you very clearly. This is how you train your ears to pick out messages from the cosmos. Another very effective way is to just put on the radio and listen to it. After a while you will be able to encode a clear message directed towards you. These are some of the random methods to start out in the beginning and once you gain some confidence, you can go for some practical methods specifically designed for developing your ESP.
Practice as much as you can and believe in your discoveries. Record them for future reference and authenticity. Make meditation your reference point through which you can measure your progress and make specific daily affirmations targeted to sharpen your ESP powers.
