There are permanent atoms built into our lower bodies. These permanent atoms hold within them a complete record of our past, containing a record of our every thought, feeling, emotion, word, act, deed, motivation and intention.
Man forges his own destiny, and the records contained in these permanent atoms play a big part in the lives we create for ourselves.
Let me give you an example. Let’s say that in a past life someone has been a dictator, hurting many people, maiming, torturing and even killing them. Obviously all this would have been recorded in the permanent atoms.
Now when the time comes to incarnate again, he will have to meet the consequences of his past doing. He will have to undergo and experience himself the cruelties and pain he inflicted upon others. So as a consequence, he might be born into a family that mistreats him, he may be born maimed or even mentally retarded.
Now from the perspective of the Soul, there is no judgment, cruelty or injustice in any of this. However, from the perspective of the unevolved man who does not understand neither the concept of karma nor the reality of reincarnation, such a situation would be judged cruel and unjust. God is neither cruel nor unjust. God is not responsible for our karmic lessons, we are! All the suffering and pain we experience is self-made.
