It’s no secret that there is a tremendous amount of power in the act of praying? As you already more than likely realize the act of prayer is your opportunity to talk to God.
Today I don’t know how long you will wait to begin listening to God yet I get the sense that sometimes after you pray you seem to be waiting for something to happen when the truth is that “happening” is already in progress.
The more you allow your mind to have faith in the fact that while you may not see any evidence of the healing that is happening when you pray for another or yourself the more you will begin to notice all of the healing that is indeed taking place.
When you pray, allow yourself to reside within that faith that as you go about your day you will maintain that inner strength and resolve even though you may not perceive any noticeable improvements in your conditions or circumstances.
Simply allow yourself to reside within that state of being that is at peace.
Visualize yourself being fully aware of the Presence of God within you as you have a thankful heart that is open and receptive to that Divine Spirit within you.
To help relieve the restricted feelings you might want to allow the following scripture from the Bible to soothe your soul…
“And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” Luke 1:46-47
And I want you to understand, just understand that when it comes to allowing your soul to rejoice with the Spirit within you it isn’t Prayer that is the answer rather it is cultivating your ability to Be Still and listen to that which is within.
Thinking about this advice you can quickly begin to realize and understand how the practice of meditation on a daily basis will help you cultivate that experience more and more each day.
The closer and closer you get to that Spirit within you through the practice of meditation the more and more you will begin to realize that all of your prayers have and had been answered before you even decided to pray upon them.
With this knowledge deeply rooted within your being you can wake up each morning dedicated to your practice of meditation secure in the knowledge that you are indeed learning how to listen to God in all ways always.
