Did you know that you are where you are today because of yesterday’s thoughts? You’re feeding your tomorrow with what you’re thinking today. You are actually creating your future!
Are you aware of how you’re feeding your future?
Most of us are unconsciously feeding our future. Consider this…
How often do you give attention to what you dislike, react to people who annoy you, or are fearful of what might happen next?
And…
How often do you take in the beauty, love, abundance and grandeur in your life…with gratitude?
Remember: “Inner Feng Shui” refers to your inner resonance or feelings within. Your thoughts, beliefs and feelings create your emotions. And your emotions create your personal energy.
Whatever you are feeling, the universe will meet you there.
If you believe there is plenty to go around, you will get plenty. If you believe life is easy, you’ll release struggle. And if you give attention to your fears, what annoys you and what you don’t have, you’ll get more of that.
Look at your life today. How happy are you? What do you see? What you see in your life today is a direct reflection of what’s going on inside of you.
Notice your emotions throughout your day? Are you pessimistic, needy and resentful? If so, what is your story? That story and the associated wounds will keep you right where you are. You can continue on a downward spiral of worry, doubt, domination, fear, irresponsibility, self-pity, victim, and anger or heal your wounds and reach for compassion and love for yourself, and for your world. It’s your choice.
Who do you want to be in the future? What do you need to let go of to get there?
For example, we often look for love out of our fear of abandonment, fear of rejection, or betrayal. To meet those needs, we look for someone to take care of us, to love us, or to understand us. Instead, look inside and heal from within. Get rid of your old story, learn self love and reinvent yourself. You must care for, love and understand yourself, before the universe can bring it to you.
Ask yourself, what is my genuine expectation of my future and why?
If you want to create a different future than what you’ve created in the past, you must let go of the pieces that are keeping you stuck where you are. It’s time to take responsibility for creating your life.

Do this powerful exercise every day for 10 minutes or so:
If you don’t like something about your life today, close your eyes and imagine the life you desire.
Who do you need to be to live this preferred life?
What do you need to let go of and what will you replace it with?
Get a picture of this person, your future-self.
- How do you feel?
- What do you believe?
- Where do you live?
- Who are you with?
Engage all of your senses; see it, feel it, hear it, smell it and taste it. Become this person in your imagination today expanding your energy into this new mold.
Become your future self in your body and in your mind.
