John Michael Phillips is an attorney, consumer and civil rights activist, and legal commentator from the United States. He is licensed to practice law in the following states: Florida, New York, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Washington, DC. Phillips has served as lead counsel in practice on several high-profile cases across the country. He won as lead counsel in a lawsuit filed by Donald J. Trump for President against Omarosa Manigault Newman. John is also the attorney for Joseph Maldonado-Passage, aka Joe Exotic, and he featured in four episodes of the second season of the Netflix show Tiger King.
