1. You add exercises because they'll look "cool" on your Fakegram stories (If I had a euro for every guy who dislocated his shoulder or busted his knee after following a "cool" exercise, I'd stop emailing since I'd be a gazillionaire)
2. You do an excessive amount of sets per muscle, on the same day
3. You don't group exercises together and waste a lot of time
4. You're timing your rest periods and don't notice whether your body is recovered or not before starting a set
5. You follow the training and eating programs of professionals (and potentially, steroid users)...while ignoring that you have different needs, recovery ability, and lifestyles
6. You're working out for more than 90 minutes each time. And by the way, this isn’t problematic due to a decline in testosterone and an increase in cortisol, since studies show that those changes won’t affect your results
7. You don't have someone course correcting you, based on your performance, unplanned and planned life events, new goals, potential pains, aches, and injuries etc.

Some of those sins are innocent, like number 6.
(Innocent if you have zero respect for your time…)
Others, like number 1 and 7 can not only prevent you from improving your body, but can also injure you.
