MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical, or metallurgical engineering degree preferred
3-5 years of foundry experience in the manufacturing and automotive industry
Machining experience on CNC and Dial lines
Understanding of GD&T – Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Understanding of emissions, calibration, and combustion
Understanding of OEM engineering and development processes
Good communication skills
Understanding of gas and diesel engine requirements
Must be able to read and interpret part prints
Understanding of CAE, Magmasoft, CFD, and FEA
Understanding of starch machine and flow developments
CMM and Casting layout experience
Understanding of various foundry processes
Presentation skills required for the presentation of WII Technical materials to in-house and international customers
