Stress management is important, as periods of stress can promote a flare-up of symptoms. Patients are also told to avoid triggering allergens, such as pollen, dust mites, animal dander, and mold.
Unfortunately, nowhere did WebMD mention that a pro-inflammatory diet can be a contributor to the development and perpetuation of eczema, and this is most likely because they do not understand the relationship between diet and chronic inflammation.
