Losing at life is a well known discipline amongst people all over the world. This is where anyone is able to excel, by doing nothing and feeling sorry for themselves. Join the group, if you want to be a loser, or break out to become a winner. Sometimes you just need a gentle push in the right direction, other times you need massive wakeup call.
Below are some of the most important reasons why you lose at life. Picked by me, a former loser at life, turned winner at life (by my own definition, of course).
It all begins with your circle of friends. Sometimes even your own family. People who constantly feel sorry for themselves, have a habit of picking at other people as well. They will constantly try to bring everyone down with them, in an effort to feel better with themselves. Not realising that they both make themselves and their friends feel even worse eventually.
If you want to change your life, you should take a very close look at your friends and family. You can easily stop talking with friends that you deem toxic for your personal wellbeing, but your own family might be a bit more difficult. You would probably have to deal with them, or turn your back at some of them.
Making a change for the better doesn't come easy, after all. But it will definitely be worth it in the long run.
Luckily there are lots of communities both online and offline, that are embracing positive life changes and encourage you to get better at life, make an effort, motivate you and give useful advice. Join them, lend a helping hand and ask for assistance when needed. This will be one of the most important elements of turning your life around.
Most people feel best when they are within their own little bubble of comfort, because nobody likes change. Why change, would they usually ask. I'm fine, they will say.
Making a change for the better usually starts with stepping out of your comfort zone. You don't have to turn everything upside down, but you have to start somewhere. No matter what you want to change, it starts with stepping out of your comfort zone.

If you want to improve your life for the better, you have to understand the mindset of those people with success. It doesn't matter if it's your dad or a stocktrader you look up to, as long as you find the inspiration to make everything better for yourself.

If you start your day by pumping your body full of sugar, your body will go on a sugar rush that feels most like a rollercoaster. The view at the top is amazing, but then it quickly goes downhill.
You can allow yourself to enjoy a few snacks here and there, but you should seriously consider changing your unhealthy eating habits for the better, as it will benefit your mind and body in more than one aspect.
Having gone through the issues mentioned above, I can say for sure that I feel better now. I did the hard work of changing myself and my life for the better, and it turned out great. It all started with me changing my attitude towards life, I became a more positive person, went from envying those people with success to following them and asking them questions on how to do it, and started working out on a regular basis. I am now travelling the world while working and enjoying my life the way I want to, which feels great.
