Common Admission Test (CAT) is biggest MBA Entrance Test in India. CAT is conducted for Admission
at More than 5000 Seats in 20 IIM and other Top MBA Colleges such as FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon,
IMT, IMI, JBIMS, TAPMI and Many others accept CAT Score for Admission to MBA Programme.
Around 2 Lakh candidates every Year appear for CAT Exam. CAT is Computer based test consisting
multiple choice Question from Quantitative Ability (QA), Verbal Ability (VA) and Reading
Comprehension (RC), Data Interpretation (DI) and Logical Reasoning (LR). The Test is conducted
Every Year by One of the IIMs based on Policy of Rotation as CAT 2017 was conducted by IIM
Lucknow.

CAT Eligibility -

 The candidates must be Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% Marks for SC, ST and PWD/DA
its 45%
 Final year students can also apply for CAT Exam.

All Procedure for CAT Application form is online applicants also pay Fee online through Credit Card,
Debit Card or Net Banking. CAT Application Process is 3 step online Process -

CAT Fees -

CAT Registration Fee is Rs 1800 for General and NC-OBC and Rs 900 for SC/ST/PWD Categories.
This Year CAT Question Paper and Answer Key were published for first time and candidates were
allowed ro raise Objection to answers they found any discrepancy.

CAT Admit Card

CAT Admit Card is very important document. CAT Admit Card is necessary to carry in the
examination hall while going to appear for Exam. CAT Aspirant get their admit card online from
official website as authority won't be sent to them by post.

CAT Exam Pattern

Quantitative Aptitude (QA) 34 60 minutes

Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) 32 60 minutes

Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VRC) 34 60 minutes

Total 100 180

CAT Cut off Percentile

Indian Institute of Management will decide their own Minimum Cut off Percentile to Select Candidates for MBA Admission. The Cut off remain high Every year (90-100) Candidates will be selected for admission on the basis of academic performance, CAT score, GD/PI score and other aspects. Minimum cut-off (overall and section wise cut-offs) for reserved category students is lesser than General category students.

CAT Result & Score

Authority will announce the CAT Result and Score card. After announcement of Result Candidates can check their CAT Score from official Website by using candidates login - User ID and Password, Applicants who are online and want to knows the procedure to check their CAT Score Step by step then check below -
