Wendy Berg is a career development professional with twelve years of experience in training and development and career counseling/coaching. She's worked as a career counselor at Pepperdine University, California State University, Northridge, and
California Lutheran University. She also serves as an adjunct faculty
member at Pepperdine University.
Wendy has a career counseling private practice
based in Simi Valley, California. She has counseled all age groups,
helping clients to identify their gifts and talents and to learn how to
translate those into meaningful work. Her expertise allows her to find
the best career resources to fit the client’s needs and interests.
Wendy also helps clients identify barriers to decision making and helps
them to formulate short and long term educational and career goals.
Wendy
earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in
Counseling with a career development option from California State
University, Northridge, graduating with honors and distinction. She is
both a Registered Professional Counselor (RPC) and Registered
Professional Career Counselor (RPCC) with the state of California.1
She is a member of California Career Development Association and the National Career Development Association.
