I have over 10 years experience of working in the health and fitness field. I started work in the UK managing gyms and then got qualified to be a personal trainer. Since that time I have taken courses in nutrition, spinning and mat based pilates. I moved to Boston 2 years ago and am now qualified to teach TRX suspension training. I am also a certified Wellness and Stress Management coach and professional organizer. I started my own company room2improve about a year ago.
