Trine Åldstedt is an experienced professional coach, trainer and tutor. She is one of the first professional coaches in Norway, with over 3000 hours practise. Personal and professional in-depth knowledge and development has always been Trine’s main motivation, and she has practised different methods and techniques within self development and self coaching since the late 80’s.

She is certified after international standards within NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming, DHE - Design Human Engineering, NHR - Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning, M.A.E.P.H. Hypnoterapeut from Robert Shield College, as well as coaching. She has modelled psychiatrist and the “father of hypnosis” Dr. Milton Erickson, as well as geniuses like Dr. Richard Bandler for the last seven years. She has long and broad competence through practise and studies in healing and spiritual arts, and is educated in astrology, tarot reading and is a Reiki Master.

Trine is also educated within project management and IT and has 20 years experience from management, journalism, communication, sales and IT.

Several times a year, she attends courses and seminars around the world to get inspiration and learn from renowned experts in the outstanding fields of human development.

Her speciality is hypnosis and interaction of the conscious and unconscious mind. She practises in her own special way in combination with coaching and NLP.

In 2007 she founded the company Mastery Work, in 2004 MetaResource net together with Reidun Havnes, and from 1999 until 2004 she was running the company EnergiCoaching.

Since spring 2006, she has been featured in every number of Shape-Up Magazine, giving life coach advice to readers. She is also interviewed in different magazines and newspapers on a regular basis.

Trine launched the meditations CD I lyset (In the light) in 2002, Alltid mye mer (Always much more) in 2005 and a double trance CD Hele deg (The whole of you/heal you) in 2006 and a trance music CD Sjeledans (Souldance) in 2007.
