Tricia McCauley holds a master's degree in herbal medicine from the Tai Sophia Institute, and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is certified as a health coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She currently practices at Healing Arts of Capitol Hill, and is the resident herbalist at Common Good City Farm in Washington DC.
Severe food sensitivities began Tricia's exploratory journey with food and cooking 20 years ago. She now specializes in identifying food sensitivities, undertaking dietary transitions, and managing stress. She is thrilled to have recently re-introduced her forbidden foods back onto her plate!
In addition to working with individual clients, Tricia leads dynamic workshops and teleclasses, has recently finished her first e-book, and creates herbal-based body care products through her company Leafyhead Lotions & Potions. Her article "Managing Stress with Herbal Support" was published in Green American magazine.
