I’m the Pragmatic Career and Lifestyle expert who helps people navigate their business lives to actually coincide with their true passions because, frankly, life is just too short and too precious to wake up one day and wonder – what have I done with my life?! I owned and operated a staffing and executive placement firm for over 20 years. I coached so many people struggling to find their place – make enough money, enjoy their daily work-life, find time for family. And although I was an entrepreneur and outside of the corporate box, I found myself being influenced by that mindset through serving it – 110%; which is how I serve anything I’m involved with – from boards to business to best buddies. Now, I’m in the Personal Development Industry and instead of placing executives in corporations I’m helping people develop from leaders to entrepreneurs. The best part of this phase of my life is helping others while working on being my best, actively working on myself on a daily basis. I’m vibrant and I’m passionate. I’m evolving with new thoughts, new processes, new ways of communication, all of which benefit my clients while, at the same time, guiding me towards both personal and professional development to live my life at this amazing level of joy! My associates are folks looking for a kind of personal as well as financial freedom. They are tired of working too many hours and not making what they’re worth. They want control over their lives. They want more time with their family, or to travel, or just to pursue their dreams, whatever they may be. They want to hear that it is possible – even in today’s climate. And it truly is possible – as a pragmatist, I do screen my clients for attributes of coach ability, commitment, conviction and persistence; a mindset that Failure is not an option.
With that, we can make the rest come true.

I spent 7 years as a "guest teacher" at Venice High School, and continue to be a guest lecturer at the USC Marshall school of business and USC Anenberg School. I work with students providing insight into both life skills and the world of work. Skills like goal setting and achievement, image, interviewing, communication, and business ethics. I have been the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce Business/Education Partnership Chair, Vice President of Community Affairs, Executive Board Member, and 2001-2002 President Elect. I was the 2002-2003 Chamber Chairman of the Board. I have coordinated both "Take Our Daughters to Work", and the annual Education/Membership luncheon. I have chaired our "New Educator's Reception for the past 13 years. In 2000, I formed an alliance with "The Work Development Program" at Santa Monica College. I met with the students upon completion of their criteria to assist with placement and reentry into the workforce. I have served on the Executive and Advisory Boards of Project Echo, and Santa Monica High School's entrepreneurial program.
I guess it's obvious I love working with teens! I've recently created the domain talk2tish.com which will be completely dedicated to my "Teen LifeSkills Coaching". Stay tuned for the launch!
Most of my career has been spent in the staffing industry and Executive Search. I've been at the beck and call of Corporate America. They say that we will all have more than one career in life, sometimes as many as three. As of this writing, I have phased out of recruiting and into a Direct Sales, commission based internet business. My product is Personal Development. I've been a student of the "law of attraction" for some time now, and when this opportunity was presented to me - I immediately knew it was right. I work on my own personal development every single day, and believe that even at my age, I'm still growing up. I hope that I retain my "youthful attitude" until I'm worn out and have one foot in the grave. This new business is definitely keeping me on track. It warms my heart to share the teachings of the
Law Of Attraction with others, to expand my community of fellow LOA practitioners, and to help to create a world of abundance, change and excitement!
