Steve Tucker is co-founder and president of Eagle Family Ministries in Bentonville, Arkansas and author of the book Simple Recipes For Romance. He has spent the past 12 years leading seminars and retreats on romance in marriage. He was in church ministry from 1975 through 1996 when EFM was founded. Steve is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri and John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He is a graduate of Rapport Leadership International School of Leadership Development, as well as a member of the AACC. Steve is certified in several marriage communication programs and is a relationship coach. Steve and Susan were married in 1979 and have two sons.

Steve is a gifted and humorous speaker on the topic of romance and marriage. He and his wife Susan have developed and lead a romance retreat called Romance In The Ozark Mountains. It takes place at the beautful Enchanted Forest Log Cabin Resort in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The retreats Steve and Susan schedule are usually conducted six times a year. However, a retreat can be scheduled just for your own group of couples. Each couple will enjoy their own private luxury log cabin tucked away in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. The schedule includes plenty of time alone in your cabin.
