Sophie Rinaldi is a life coach and licensed counselor.
I got an interest in psychology when I was 16 and since then I am
pursuing a life long adventure: dealing with human mind and it's
consequences. Fascinating, sometimes hard, most of the time beautiful!
Each of us is a psychologist at heart, but the true science empowers
and reveals many of the mysteries of being alive, without taking the
magic out of it!
I put
all my knowledge, experience and wisdom in supporting and helping all
my clients to understand, improve and redesign their life.
Degrees
I
have a master degree in psychology, certified trainings in cognitive
therapy, psychodrama, transpersonal therapy, NLP trainings, positive
therapy, ericksonian hypnosis, non-violent communication, art therapy,
yoga therapy.
The intensive study of world religions,
spiritual systems and beliefs offered me the knowledge and experience
for guiding people in spiritual counseling, recovering from spiritual
abuse and help them deal with existential crises.
I have been leading also workshops for women
assisting them in revealing and understanding their femininity, work
out self-esteem issues and find the best way to express their deeper
self in an integrated feminine way.
I have designed workshops for couples
to help them understand the dynamic of their relationships, communicate
in the most open ways with the partner, learn the emotional language of
each other and deepen the art of negotiating with tenderness and
objectivity.
The last 5 years were dedicated to the online counseling
field due to the increased demand of clients who live in different
parts of the world. This way I achieved great successes in dealing with
the most various and fragile issues of the psyche from different
cultures, giving help were was needed, advice and insight when asked for, in the most professional and human manner.
The real trick is not to be in the know but in the mystery.
To not have faith is a luxury that you can afford only if you have a fortunate life.
Life is very short. It goes so fast that you barely have time to realise that you exist.
People have all the time near-life experiences.
Don't anthropomorphize neurons; they hate it when you do that.
If you want to make god laugh, tell him about your plans.
I used to be worried. Then I did some reserach and I found out that 10 out of 10 people die.
Young lovers seek perfection. Old lovers learn the art
of sewing shreds together and of seeing beauty in a multiplicity of
patches.
The more I study religions the more I am convinced that man never worshiped anything but himself.
There is always some madness in love. But there is also some reason in madness.
