"I am a passionate advocate for change and transformation; part of my excitement comes from witnessing the resiliency of the human spirit when working with trauma.
If you are looking for a place to examine your life and to deepen your ability to live more authentically and joyfully, I would be honored to undertake the journey with you."

"As far as we can discern the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light of meaning in the darkness of mere being." ~Carl Jung
"I cannot say whether things will get better if we change; what I can say is that they must change if they are to get better." ~G.C. Lichtenberg
Join us this September for Rudi's Weekly Women's Circle
Council Circle for Women
One of the strange puzzles of human behavior is our tendency to isolate and to assume that our life experiences, longings, joys and sorrows are uniquely ours. However, without our pains and triumphs being shared and witnessed we can become depressed, envious, competitive or shallow. We forget that we are social creatures, not only sharing similar experiences but thriving in connection, we NEED one another to live a fuller, richer life.
This women’s circle is different from a support group, different from a therapeutic process group, it is a UNIQUE form of being there WITH and FOR one another.
“A circle is a way of doing things differently than we have become accustomed to. The circle is a return to our original form of community as well as a leap forward to create a new form of community…[Sitting in circle was] an ancient process of consultation and communion that, for tens of thousands of years, had held the human community together and shaped its course.” ~from CALLING THE CIRCLE by Christina Baldwin
