I have been a club level runner and triathlete for about five years now, with my crowning achievement to date being the UK IronMan triathlon that I completed in July this year in a time of 12 hour 45 minutes. The IronMan involved eight months of 15 hour training weeks and the race itself involved a 3.8km swim followed by a 180km bike and finally a marathon to finish.
I currently live in London and can usually be found running, cycling or swimming in London parks or with the local triathlon clubs. When I am not training I keep a blog about London life, triathlon and my fitness training. I write some pretty in-depth reviews on things like gps running watches and triathlon kit as well as interviewing some top triathletes and runners whenever I can. My latest post is regarding the TomTom GPS watch and I would appreciate some feedback or just drop in and say hello. Check out the TomTom GPS Watch here and make sure to leave me a comment J
Happy running! Let me know if you need any advice or training tips.
