Rose Aitken is an Inner Wisdom and Potentiality Coach who teaches Empaths how to turn their Sensitivity into a Superpower.

Rose's is a certified Inspired Spirit Life Coach, a qualified YB12 Coach, an Access Consciousness BF, CFMW, CF, BPP and Abuse Hold Facilitator and Angelic Reiki Master.

Her offerings over the past five years have included Private Sessions, Mentorships and classes in Consciousness and The Law of Attraction.

She has taught many Access Consciousness Bars and Foundation Classes and classes she has written on Consciousness and Money, the Body, Relationships and Creating Change.

Rose spent 20 years learning to overcome immense challenges in her own life and in the process she developed enormous compassion, a deep understanding of spirituality, wellness and emotional self mastery.  She has developed her own techniques for working with others to effect powerful change.

In particular, Rose has a gift with people who have experienced trauma and abuse.  She works wih clients to help them relieve their body from its blocks, create understanding, empowerment and relief, allowing transformation on the deepest level to take place.

She nurtures potential, challenges and supports people and shows them their unique capacities. Her nickname as a coach is "The Excavator".
