Rob Faigin is a writer and trainer who delivers health and fitness information through his books, articles published in his newsletter, and the Ask Rob section of hormonalfitness.com. His first book, Natural Hormonal Enhancement (NHE), was used as part of an undergraduate course curriculum at Ball State University. Rob's work focuses on modifying factors related to diet, exercise, and lifestyle as a means to optimize hormone levels naturally. By highlighting the hormonal interrelation with health and well being, Rob's work adds substantially to the understanding of how to achieve better health. NHE advances the argument that natural approaches to health and performance enhancement should be preferred over riskier, more costly ones that are often banned from competition or available by prescription only. In 2007 Rob was hired to write a fitness training curriculum for the continuing education department of Hofstra University. He holds a B.S. in history from Florida Atlantic University and J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. Rob's efforts over the years have helped many people young and older to attain better health and a leaner physique.
