Richard Coldman is a filmmaker, musician, composer and writer. He is known for his collaborations with artists, choreographers. composers and performers to create events, installations, DVDs and webTV/videos. Since 1990 he has also worked on and contributed to numerous films and TV programmes throughout Europe and North America.
He has practiced tai chi chuan (taijiquan) since 1979 and has taught tai chi classes in and around London over a period of 15 years. He has also studied chi kung (qigong) and pa kua chang (baguazhang) and takes an active interest in matters of health, well-being, life-long learning and self-development.

I enjoy the profound benefit of nearly 30 years experience in tai chi (taiji), chi kung (qigong) and Chinese Internal Martial Arts. Now I'm interested in sharing what I've gained from my experience in the form of articles, videos and blogging.
I've learned to view with a healthy skepticism those who need to be addressed as "Master", and those who have no life outside of their own narrow specialization, however profound and impressive it might be.
