*** My managerial experience of over 30 years in Human Resource Management covers responsibilities starting from an Asst. Personnel Officer to that of a General Manager (HR). I have worked in all functions of HR (Recruitment, Comp & Benefits, Training), in different sectors (Public, Private, Multinational), in India, mostly in large companies.

*** My focus now is on sharing a practitioner’s knowledge with younger professionals, raising the standards of knowledge / practice in the profession.
