I have always taken the philosophy that boundaries are there to be broken and that applies equally to all of us. What is different is what and where these boundaries are. I also feel you need to gradually test these boundaries to see how strong they are - there is no point trying to charge down a solid wall, you will need to remove it one brick at a time.
