In September, 2006, I created Bearce Business Solutions, Inc., enabling me to provide Executive Administrative Assistant Services to Small Business Owners, Real Estate Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Financial Managersand Legal Counsel.  From 2000 to 2006 I was employed by a major Boston Mutual Fund Company during which time I tested for and successfully passed both Series 6 and 63 Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) (previously the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)) exams.  Prior to that time I worked for 18 years as a paralegal for two major Maine law firms specializing in real estate, bankruptcy and corporate law.
