Her online resource Women’s Support TEAM LLC helps women achieve more success with less stress through a team of more than 170 Mentors, in addition to coaches, events, articles, informational products, and other resources. In 2008 with the able assistance of Linda Bolliger of Boardroom Bound, Paula created the nonprofit 1000 Women Can Change the World Corp. whose mission is to inspire, enlighten and empower women worldwide with practical, useful life and business skills by providing digital information that is easy to access, understand and pass on to others. As a woman who fully embraces continuous learning, Paula, started law school at age 40; relished her legal career as a trial attorney in the New York City metropolitan area for about a dozen years; and then held an executive position as in-house legal counsel for a technology company in Maryland during its formative years. Working with “techies” taught her not to be intimidated by technology and the internet. For a short time, Paula ventured into the world of network marketing where she learned the concepts of motivation and team building that led her to create the concept for Women’s Support TEAM – an online one-stop resource for women with women helping other women achieve more success with less stress globally through Mentors, Coaches, digital informational products, affiliate solutions, articles, events, links to resources, and more at www.WomesSupportTeam.com.
Paula is now following her true passion – the 1000 Women Can Change the World Corporation - this social enterprise (501(c)(3) public charity) that she am building with the able assistance of her Board of Advisors. (www.1000WomenCanChangeTheWorld.org) Her strong desire to empower women may stem from her being the product of an extremely dysfunctional family that included being the survivor of abuse. Fortunately, she have always been able to tap into her inner strength to do what she needed to survive and thrive, and she want to reach out and enable other women be all that they can be.
Paula’s philosophy is to be open, receptive and to tap into her inner strength to do whatever was needed to survive and thrive. She is now reaching out to enable other women be all that they can be. Paula believes that women by nature are more collaborative, more nurturing, more sharing, more willing to give of themselves… and giving back is rewarding on so many levels. As a natural networker, Paula is building significant relationships with international women’s organizations and influential women worldwide. Her policy is open, receptive and one of inclusion. She is completely open to work with other similar organizations and like-minded women anywhere in the world.
Having been fully immersed the “the ole’ boy” world during her career as a lawyer, Paula observed how working together – sharing our collective expertise and wisdom – we all truly do achieve more. This model is built around TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More.
